I had the wonderful opportunity to spend the day with this little daddy's girl to celebrate her 2nd birthday. Sidney Grace is such a pleasant and beautiful name and her soft nature really comes through in a beautiful way when you look at her photos. You can tell she is a little shy but very curious and cognitive. She is figuring things out...it is deep in her eyes and you can see it in the photos. And when she stops taking life so seriously WOW what a smile! When she is with her mommy and daddy she is the happiest girl on the planet!

Quack, Quack, Quack!

"Come fly with me, come fly let's fly away..." Sorry Frankie Blue Eyes you have NOTHING on this adorable little man with the bluest eyes i have EVER seen!

 I was lucky enough to spend my Fourth of July with 9 month old, Mason, and his Mother at Wilson Park in Milan, MI.  We had fun exploring the paths of the park Mason was an easy subject to photograph... every time I needed him to smile all it took was a simple "Quack, Quack, Quack" from Mom and he was giggling for the next two minutes straight!

Lilian Turns 1!

I had a special opportunity to spend the day with Lilian, a beautiful 1 year old, for her first birthday photo shoot. With her was her older brother, Noah, and her parents. The shoot was primarily for Lilian's birthday but I ended up getting lots of great pics of Noah and the rest of the family as well. 

The word of the shoot was pink. Lilian loves pink and Mom wanted to make sure she got some cute shots with Lilian in a cute pink tutu. I carried this theme into the editing process where I had fun making all the little pink parts pop around Lilian.

And Noah had fun with whatever we gave him. He was content rocking on a rocking horse, tumbling down a hill we found, running around the fields, blowing his whistle, and playing with his sisters birthday balloons. I think they ended up being Noah's balloons in the end!

It was a hot and humid day.... but a great day for photos. I am so lucky that I keep getting such cute and cooperative kids! I hope you enjoy these photos of Lilian's birthday.
