Today I had my first celebrity photo shoot. My client of the day was 6 and 1/2 month old Brody, an English Lab who comes from Champion Bloodlines. Brody and his owners came to America only a few short weeks ago, and despite their trans-Atlantic travels, Brody feels right at home at the Ann Arbor dog park. It was so much fun watching him run around the dog park, and I definitely got a work-out in trying to keep up. If you look into this gentle dogs eyes there is no doubt you will enjoy these photos. Pip Pip Cheerio... Until next time....

Play Date
To view full session click here: Play Date
With the weather FINALLY starting to warm up, my dogs, Mark and I went on a much needed play date at the local dog park. Although I am normally the one behind the camera, I asked Mark to take over and snap a few shots of me with our four legged children.
And of course, I couldn't resist taking some shots of Marley, Lola, and Max enjoying the first signs of spring and summer. When the weather gets warm, these dogs love nothing more than to be outside running and playing ball, and I think their utter joy really shows in these photographs.
Bostons are notorious for their panting and their smiles; and during this play date it was finally warm enough that, after a few laps around the dog park, Max was panting away. What a cutie, if I do say so myself!!!
Marley was also in a great mood during this dog park visit. It is a rare thing to see him smile for the camera, but after months and months of single degree temps; even he couldn't resist showing his pearly whites off!
Lola just LOVES her mud puddles, and with the snow FINALLY melting, there were lakes of water for her to wade through. She was in heaven (and as photogenic as ever!!!)
Spring is just around the corner and I can't wait to get back outside with clients and their adorable pets to capture fabulous memories that will be cherished forever! Book your spring photography session now, and I promise you won't be disappointed!
